About the Webinar

How can you encourage engagement with clinical trial participants, including underserved populations? Are there ways to strengthen the trust relationship between sites and patients? How can sites plan to adapt to inevitable changes as the study unfolds?

In this webinar, Jamie Harper, director of site engagement & relations, and Tyler Bye, director of program strategy and product development for WCG Site Augmentation, share their experiences and insights into building a flexible approach for patient-centric, effective study enrollment.

Watch this webinar to:

  • Learn how to foster engagement as the clinical trial landscape increases pressure to recruit and retain patients.
  • Alleviate timeline pressures by understanding how the patient journey and patient barriers impact studies at the site.
  • Form a flexible enrollment approach to support the entire patient journey – from identification to retention to documentation.

We will provide real-life case study examples highlighting the complexity of the patient journey and the flexibility required to meet sponsors’ milestones. Also, we will discuss the importance of people, process and technology in forming an agile approach to study enrollment.
