Ms. Jackson joined Western IRB (WIRB) as chief operating and financial officer in 2011 and was promoted to chief financial officer for all the WCG companies in 2017.

In addition, Ms. Jackson oversees WCG’s institutional review boards (IRBs), institutional biosafety committees (IBCs), and IRBNet, the company’s compliance research oversight solution for institutions, in her role as president of ethical and regulatory review.

Ms. Jackson is an expert team strategist with more than 20 years’ senior leadership experience at rapidly-growing healthcare organizations. She also has a passion for developing value-added services can that improve operational efficiencies and lower costs while maintaining the highest quality results.

Prior to joining WIRB, Ms. Jackson served as chief financial officer for Broadlane for 11 years.

Previously, she was assistant controller at Davita; director, financial reporting at Tenet Healthcare; and director of finance, mountain region for Hillhaven Corp.

Ms. Jackson is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Management Accountants.

She received an MBA from the City University of Seattle and a BA in accounting from Western Washington University. She also completed Lean Six Sigma training and is a certified public accountant.
