Biography
Dr. Albert Tejada is the Senior Medical Director within Scientific Review Solutions at WCG and provides clinical and medical subject matter expertise and leadership. Dr. Tejada has prior experience as Medical Director for Trial Delivery at CVS Health, and prior to that, has over a decade of experience as a Principal Investigator (PI). As a family medicine physician, Dr. Tejada has experience in a variety of patient-care points including primary care, urgent care, telemedicine, hospitalist care, and later applied his experience and clinical acumen to manage, promote and improve healthcare delivery to a larger population for a national healthcare system.
Dr. Tejada is board certified in Family Medicine (ABFM), is a Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) by the Academy of Clinical Research Professional (ACRP), holds Fellow status by the Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP), holds a certification in Healthcare Quality & Management (CHQM) by the American Board of Quality Assurance & Utilization Review (ABQAURP), and is an Assistant Professor, Dept of Medicine, at Creighton University College of Medicine (Phoenix campus).
