Biography
Michael Passanante serves as Chief Marketing Officer at WCG, where he leads global marketing, brand strategy, and commercial enablement initiatives that support the company’s mission to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical research.
Michael brings more than 15 years of experience driving growth and transformation across the healthtech and life sciences sectors. Prior to joining WCG, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Capital Rx (Judi Health), where he helped scale the company’s valuation by more than $2 billion, built an award-winning marketing organization, and successfully launched several novel offerings in the pharmacy benefits space.
Earlier in his career, Michael held senior marketing and commercial leadership roles at Besler, Thomson Reuters Life Sciences, Elsevier Health Sciences, and Verispan (now part of IQVIA). His experience spans product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and M&A integration across a range of healthcare and life sciences organizations.
Michael holds an MBA and a BS in Marketing from Rutgers University and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
