Mike Cioffi currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Clinical Solutions and Strategic Partnerships for WCG. Mike brings more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience to his role providing unique insight and expertise to industry leaders in support of project delivery and implementing global enterprise solutions that will drive continuous improvements in efficiency, output, and quality. Before joining WCG MedAvante-ProPhase in July 2017, he held various positions at Roche in early phase development, where he was responsible for developing, integrating and operationalizing strategic innovations throughout drug development. Prior to that post, he was Vice President, Project Management, Americas for the clinical research organization PRA International, leading a team of more than 200 clinical research professionals covering all therapeutic areas. He also held senior project management and operations posts at Worldwide Clinical Trials, Inc., where he led global operations in CNS, Oncology and Cardiovascular.
Mr. Cioffi has an extensive background in various therapeutic areas with a special emphasis on CNS indications and rare disease. This experience includes, seizure disorders, Alzheimer’s, Mild Cognitive Impairment, schizophrenia (CIAS, negative, and positive symptoms), bipolar disorder, MDD, Sleep Disorders, GAD, ASD, Parkinson’s, MS, and movement disorders. His global experience spans all phases of clinical development and has worked in both pediatric and adult populations.
Mr. Cioffi holds a B.S. degree in Biochemical Pharmacology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo.
