WCG Pinnacle Award winners are determined based on the results of the WCG CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey. Utilizing a machine-learning clustering method, the survey recognizes top performers across a variety of attributes, with leading sponsors identified based on their customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores across all categories.

Driven by the opinions of more than 12,000 research sites

Since 1997, the survey has been completed biennially, and the 2025 survey captured insights from more than 12,000 respondents, including more than 19,000 ratings for sponsors and nearly 10,000 ratings for CROs, highlighting key attributes such as including professionalism, communication, protocol design, site operational efficiency, diversity, and technology.
