WCG Contract Intelligence – Chat Enhancement Release

We’re excited to introduce chat-based skills for WCG Contract Intelligence!

What are skills? A predefined chat instruction that helps you complete a specific, repeatable task without having to start from scratch. Instead of asking the chat to analyze an agreement in your own words each time, you can choose a skill designed for common contract review actions. Skills help generate outputs that are faster, more consistent, and built specifically for agreement review workflows.

What skills are available today?

  • Payment Terms
  • Key Dates & Durations
  • Key Defined Terms
  • Executive Summary Memo

More skills are on the way as we continue to expand the actions and tools available to you.

Ready to get started using skills?

Skills can be launched directly from the chat interface selector, using a slash command, or by a natural language request, and are available across both the web application and Word Add-In.

Skills can be discovered within the agreement chat.
Chat will clearly display when a skill is used, even when triggered by natural language inputs.
Users can invoke skills inline using slash commands or natural language chat inputs.

Key benefits for you:

  • Automate common review tasks to reduce manual work
  • Improve review consistency with predefined analyses and summaries
  • Speed evaluation with instant access to key terms, dates, obligations, and payment language
  • Bring greater consistency to how teams interact with agreement content

In addition to skills, this release includes several improvements to chat usability, document references, AI markup reliability, and platform performance to create a smoother and more efficient user experience.

We appreciate your continued partnership and are here to answer questions about the new skills feature. Skills are available now in the platform, ready for you to use.
