Brett E. Bishop MSc, PhD

Brett Bishop is an experienced global senior executive in clinical development operations, with more than two decades of leadership across pharmaceutical and contract research organizations. He has held multiple executive level roles with responsibility for shaping the strategic direction and operational oversight of large, complex global clinical development portfolios spanning all major regions, in several therapeutic areas.

At Novo Nordisk, Brett served in Vice President roles leading transformation of the clinical trial operating model across people, process, and technology, engaged with senior leadership on global process modernization and digitalization to support a rapidly evolving pipeline. Previously at Covance, he was a member of the Global Leadership Team and held senior leadership positions including Global Vice President and General Manager, with enterprise accountability for portfolio strategy, operational excellence, and delivery across a large portfolio of early and late-stage oncology studies, and a smaller, growing portfolio of studies in rare diseases.

Brett brings a strong advisory perspective, bridging strategy and execution to enable organizations navigating complexity, scale, and transformation in development operations.
