Jared Zane

Biography
Jared Zane is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of WCG, where he leads the legal function and is responsible for all legal affairs of the company.
Jared brings to the role more than 15 years of law-firm and in-house experience, with multinational public companies and private-equity backed enterprises. He is known as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to executives and directors on a broad range of corporate matters, including governance, M&A, intellectual property, and commercial negotiations. Prior to WCG, Jared served as Deputy General Counsel at Nouryon, a global special chemicals leader. His prior in-house experience also includes roles at Axalta Coating Systems and The Dow Chemical Company. He began his legal career in the corporate group of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia, where he represented numerous healthcare and pharma companies on significant corporate transactions.
Jared holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia and a law degree from Duke University School of Law.
