Requesting Re-opening of Studies and/or Sites:

To request that your closed, previously approved study and/or site be re-opened, email your request and any related documentation to clientcare@wcgclinical.com for processing.

For an industry-funded study after study closure, if review¹ of previously collected study records/data is required for data reconciliation, error correction, auditing, or monitoring purposes only, this review can be done without re-opening the study. However, if the research study is federally funded, the study needs to be re-opened for review of previously collected study records. 1. Secondary analysis of previously collected data with new research objectives requires submission of either a new research study or re-opening previously closed study with a protocol amendment for secondary analysis.
